Individuals who have previously self-excluded from sugih4d or from other gambling platforms under a recognised self-exclusion scheme are not permitted to register new Accounts. If you are aware that you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to register or access the Platform.
To create an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. sugih4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You are obliged to keep your Account information current. Outdated, incomplete, or false Account information may result in suspended access to withdrawals pending verification, or in severe cases, Account closure.
All activity carried out through your Account — including wagers placed, bonuses redeemed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. sugih4d accepts no liability for actions taken by third parties who access your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Real-money funds deposited without any bonus activation may be withdrawn at any time following KYC completion. Bonus-linked funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Wagering requirements must be satisfied within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within this period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived therefrom. Each Player is entitled to claim one (1) welcome bonus offer only. Players found to have claimed multiple welcome bonuses through the use of multiple Accounts or by misrepresenting their new-player status will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided.
All sports bets placed on the sugih4d Platform are subject to the applicable sports betting rules for the relevant market. sugih4d offers betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UEFA competitions, UFC, boxing, badminton, and esports. Market availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or sports organisation. In the event of a dispute regarding match results, sugih4d's decision on the applicable settlement rules shall be final.
sugih4d reserves the right to void any wager placed at clearly erroneous odds or game parameters, whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data feed malfunction. The Company will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly and will notify affected Players.
Maximum winnings per bet, per game session, or per day may be capped as specified in the applicable game or market rules. Players are advised to review the applicable limits before placing large wagers. sugih4d's maximum payout obligation per single bet is MYR 500,000 unless otherwise stated in the relevant market terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sugih4d Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.
